Shipping & Delivery:
All weekday orders received by 11 AM are shipped within 24-48 hours via United Parcel Service (UPS); Tracking numbers are available upon request.  Shipping fees are calculated based upon product weight and processed by the Stripe Cart System. Customers are notified of UPS shipping delays as we are informed and can be provided with alternative solutions including store credit, refunds, or reshipments as appropriate.

Order Processing & Communication:
A copy of the customer’s order is placed in the shipping box. Acu International Supplies contacts customers should any ordered product be back ordered and as to potential updated shipping dates.  Customers may contact us by phone (1-888-322-8468) or at [email protected] as to the status of their order.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
Acu International Supplies aims to satisfy our customers.  Should damage occur during UPS shipping please photograph the damaged box and any damaged contents within 72 hours of receipt.  Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
